Summary

Crash is the Sergeant at Arms of the Black Angels MC and has just been sent to a town in the middle of the Sonoran Desert in Colorado to oversee the operations of the Prez's son and the activity of a rival club that has followed them into the desert. All in all, going wrong on the spot, he ends up at the only decent restaurant for miles, to his luck, he meets a waitress who turns his world upside down and decides she's his. Crash will do anything to convince her of that, but her enemies have other plans and she gets caught in the crossfire because of him. Talinda has given up. Her life can't get any worse and she knows it, with her mother stealing all her savings and seducing her physics teacher to keep her from graduating so she wouldn't lose the money Talinda provided with her horrible waitressing job at the Tasty Grill, she has no escape from the tiny town in the middle of the desert. Her dreams of going to college have vanished before her eyes and now she's the only one of her generation left behind. Until he shows up. With his amber eyes, so mysterious and with a possessive aura, declaring that she is his, until his enthusiasm attracts unwanted attention and Talinda is caught up in a war that is not hers. Can Crash save Talinda and have his happily ever after?
