Chapter 1 : The Beginning
Shahmeer’s POV
“Sir..You really hit the nail on the head, he was actually backstabbing us”. One of the members speak in the meeting. I was watching the screen with a serious look on my face , keeping my fist near to my lips then I adjusted myself on the seat and spoke to them with a straight look on my face “Start working on Plan-B , We are very near to catch him red-handed”.
Leaving those words behind I got up from my seat and left the meeting hall while my manager followed me , walking behind me he said ” but sir, this might be a tough situation to handle...this will bring a downfall towards the project Mr.katier is handling right now”.
I looked at him with a ‘so what’ look and I speak ” you care for the project of that cheater who cheated your company?...I think your job is not precious to you anymore...Maybe i should ask you to keep your resignation letter ready-“.
I saw his eyes widened and he immediately apologised while saying” No,no sir...I’m really sorry...I...I just thought so as it is also our branch “.I saw he was shuttering while speaking and I know why he was in fear . I can’t take any action right now unless our plan work out .
As my manager is one of the main culprit but soon everything will be alright if the plan goes well. And then I can show him his place for deceiving me for these many months. As I was keeping an eye on them from many days and played the game well but soon will be the end for them . I know my plan is gonna succeed and they will be on their knees within the time in front of me .
While I left from there without replying my manager and went to my office room.
[Next day ]
When I entered the Office, ‘Arhaan’ my trustworthy assistant, came to me saying “Sir....the proves are ready, Now we can send them behind the bars”. I hummed in response and asked him to seize their works and I will join them with the cops and end their game.
Everything went well. The cops caught every single men involved with Mr.katier and manager. When I saw cops taking Mr.katier with them. We had an eye contact and I can see he looked at me with a different attitude and was glaring at me angrily. When he passed by me he spoke
"I will not let you be succeed with this , I will ruin you , I WILL COME BACK , I WILL DESTROY YOU SHAHMEER!!!...just a little wait !!”
I saw him disappearing from my eyes while he spoke those words. I rolled my eyes and had some talk with the cops, then the cop said ” Okay sir...We will make sure that he can’t do anything..and we will surely keep our security tight on them “. I replied”Thanks Mr. Kaif...I hope he will learn his lesson well”.With that the cops left with katier, Raffey(the manager) and his members.
Authors’s POV
Actually Raffey is the manager from first in the Shah enterprises and worked with Shameer’s father too. His father had whole trust on him.BUT everything evil in him started when he met Mr. Katier and Shahmeer lost his parents in an accident when they were returning home from an Office party.
It was a rainy day, Shahmeer was just 10 years old that time.They were returning back home from the party when it suddenly started raining heavily making Mr.Shahzeb difficult to drive the car.
“Oho...why is it suddenly raining so heavily ” mr.shahzeb spoke
" I think we should stop somewhere until the rain stops,we can’t take risk” said Mrs.Shahzeb.
“Don’t worry honey, i will manage it....see Shahmeer is already tired we must reach home soon na”.
“Hm...i see he is not used to these party things but still you forced him to come with us ” she said with a pout.
“*Chuckles* well, neither I can leave him alone at home so..” Mr.Shahzeb was about to continue but the car got unbalanced. They got shocked by this and Mr.Shahzeb tried to stop the car but the brakes didn’t worked.Shahmeer who was sleeping at the back seat got disturbed and wakes up while rubbing his eyes.
“Baba..mumma..What’s happenin-” before he could complete his words the car’s side glass got hit with a gun shot.Mrs.Shahzeb held Shahmeer and tried to save gaurd him while she spoke to Mr.shahzeb
“Ah..honey...who..who are these people why...are they... behind us suddenly...and...and these gun shots-”
Mr.Shahzeb tried to make their car away from those people’s cars as they were blocking the car from sides. He fast speed the car but suddenly his eyes widened when he saw that...A truck was coming in a fast speed from the front, yes it was coming in a wrong direction.He tried backing the car by seeing this while Mrs.Shahzeb panicked at this situation. she made sure Shahmeer to be safe by holding him close to her.
“Aahhh... what’s happening, the car is out of my controllll”.
“Huh......Nooo....“.
And suddenly a bright Flash hits Shahmeer’s eyes and he looked at the side window. He saw how the car’s glasses got shooted by guns which made him stuck on his breath and he shut his eyes tight, he was in his mother’s embrace.When he tried to open his eyes to look,he can feel his mother’s grip tightened around him while she bowed down herself to protect the little boy in her embrace.Mr.Shahzeb tried his best to get out of it but...couldn’t.
“BABAAAA!!!!..” was the last scream of Shahmeer before the car crashed with the truck.
[Present]
With a sudden shock Shahmeer woke up from his sleep remembering the past accident with his parents.He started sweating while panting heavily.
“Ah...baba...mumma” he could feel his eyes filled with tears by remembering it.
The maid came into the room because of Shahmeer’s sudden scream ” sir, what happened!?are you alright sir?“asked the maid.A tear welled up and quietly fell from his eyes.He asked the maid not to worry and leave.
As the maid left his room, his mobile rang and he extended his hand to grab the phone from the night stand.He saw the caller id & picked up the call.
"Assalamualaikum sir...”
“Walekum assalam Arhaan,why did you called...is everything alright”
"I’m sorry sir i know today you asked me not to disturb you but sir... you have to visit the Office.”
“But why so suddenly?.”
“Sir...the new manager is here.But she wasn’t supposed to come until tomorrow.”
As he said so the manager steps in,calm but firm.
“Mr.Arhaan, let’s not spoil the surprise.Tell him I’ll see him soon.”
