Welcome to the second book of the series!
Honestly, I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that Book One is actually complete. But here we are — already starting Book Two! Before we dive in, I just wanted to share a few things about this one.
So, as most of you already know, Hridya’s character is inspired by me — by the things I’ve felt, experienced, and lived through. Book One had a lot of pieces from my own life woven into it, mixed with imagination.
But this book?
This one’s different. It’s completely fictional — straight out of my late-night thoughts and wild daydreams. Still, it reflects my own perspective on relationships — what I believe in, what I expect, and how I see love and partnership in general.
I’ve always tried to keep my stories close to reality, adding a touch of fiction here and there. So yeah, there might be moments when you disagree with Hridya or Avyukt, or think, “Why did they do that?” — and that’s okay. Just try to read it with an open mind. And if you ever want to share your thoughts, I’d love to hear them — as long as we keep that mutual respect alive between us as writer and reader. ❤️
Now, about the updates — I actually wrote this book way back in July, but I’ve been editing, reworking, and adding scenes ever since. It’s one of those projects that keeps evolving every time I open the draft. Because of that, the updates might be a little slow. I want to give you all the best version of each chapter before posting. Plus, I’ve got a tight academic schedule in November and December, so please bear with me.
With all that said — let’s begin this new journey of HridYukt. 💖
