Summary

She married for duty. She burned for love. And she rose to lead a kingdom in exile. As war rages between Greece and Troy over Helena of Sparta, Selene, a phoenix shifter and hidden heir of Emberis, moves in shadow. Bound to Prince Hektor by quiet loyalty and haunted by the dragon-hearted warrior who arrived too late, Selene orchestrates a secret evacuation of Wilusa’s women and children. Her sisters guard the last embers of their royal line. Assassins hunt her. Prophecies tighten around her throat. But Selene does not break. She rises.

Hey there, and welcome!

Thanks for stopping by to check out Shadows of Troy. This version includes just the first five chapters as a sneak peek—the full book will be available on November 22nd. Chapters will be uploaded weekly on Sunday AEDST at 9am.

This story has been a long time coming—nine years of writing, rewriting, and holding onto the heart of it. I’ve included a copyright page to help protect the work, because it means a lot to me.

Hope you enjoy the sample, and if it speaks to you, I’d love to have you back for the full release. Follow me on Facebook for updates at MJWright202

Hey,

I just finished reading your story and I really loved it. The characters felt so real and every scene kept me completely engaged. I also have a few ideas on how we could enhance it visually if you are open to exploring them.
