Chapter 1
The cold night breeze of Lahore carried a strange silence.
A roadside stall selling old books was about to close when Ayaan ran toward it, breathless.
“I need that blue diary! Please… that one!” he said urgently.
The old shopkeeper frowned.
“This one? A girl just looked at it. She liked it a lot.”
Ayaan’s heart skipped a beat.
“Where is she? I saw that diary in my dream. I need it right now!”
The old man pointed toward a girl walking away.
Long hair, a white shawl, and the same blue diary in her hands.
Ayaan didn’t think twice. He ran.
“Excuse me!” he called out. “That diary, could you please give it to me?”
The girl paused. She turned, and suddenly, Ayaan forgot how to breathe.
Her eyes looked exactly the same as in his dream.
“Why do you want it?” she asked softly.
Ayaan spoke the truth. “I don’t know why, but it feels like my life is written inside it.”
The girl smiled, like a spark lighting up the darkness.
“If destiny wants it, the diary will return to you.”
She hugged the diary close and disappeared into the crowd.
Ayaan stood frozen.
Suddenly, the wind pushed a small torn paper toward his feet.
He picked it up.
There was only one name written on it:
Hoorain
And below it, a tiny heart with numbers inside:
12:12
Ayaan smiled softly.
This wasn’t the end of the moment.
It was only the beginning.

I am eager to know what happened next
