Chapter 1:Kelly

They say to start over is the best thing a person can do and thats exactly what I needed after the shity ass year I had, looking up at my new penthouse I feel exilerated and free.

I unload the last box from my car and carry it up the stairs to my new safe haven,a place I can finally make my own .I push trough the door and take in my surroundings , a smile creeps on my face at the beautiful floor to ceiling windows, and victorian styled floores and walls with its italian chandeliers and autumn coloured paint on the walls .Its exactly what i pictured my place would look like if I ever got one .

I start unpacking and think about everything that's happend in life from being an only child to being ignored by my parents my whole life, nothing I ever did was good enough or worth something to them like the time in high school when I passed top of my class or graduated as the valedictorian senior year. I always taught that being better at everything would get me the praise or attention I deserved but over time I accepted myself and focused on things I wanted to do like getting into hacking and as time went by I got pretty damn good at it , I even started my own freelance business by testing or strengthening big companies security software and I was the best ,there wasn't a software or firewall I couldn't crack .

That's why I moved to New York because I believed there was much more I could do with my skills.

But little did I know there was much more waiting for me than just a start over.
