Prologue: Are you sure. That you are safe.

Humanity has come to their end so many times its hard to count on the fingers of one’s hands.

Diseases, wars, famines, catastrophes and genocides. Theres always a threat on humanity’s back. Lurking in the dark.

Nowadays we got desensitized to the concept of our extinction. The concept of the human race dying is alien to our ears.

But what if tomorrow was the last day of us ruling the earth. If a greater Power decided to crush our illusion of being on top of the food chain.

Today you may come to work. Tomorrow you might need to try and leave your home town if you prefer to not vomit blood.

And the worst part is that you’ll never know.

But despite that fear lingering in us. Of maybe a pathogen killing us all off one day.

We tend to forget a key truth. If there’s more than four people on earth. Someone will want someone dead.

Why four you ask?

Two people cant possibly want each other dead. They need each other for reproduction.

Three is a threat but its manageable, the other person can try hiding.

Four is still equal.

But five. As soon as you add a number that is odd. You create conflict. You create someone who has to be lone. without anyone. And it creates inequality.

Why are they better than me. Why do they deserve what i dont.

and that’s how you spread the worst infection of all. By treating others differently. By not being open with them. You create the infection of hatred. And that’s something we don’t seem to have medicine for.

Because the only thing holding Humanity back. Is the man itself.
