DIRTY DEAL WITH THE COWBOY BILLIONAIRE

(A Spicy MFM Cowboy Ménage Romance)

Lila Carter couldn’t believe she was finally back.

After four long years of med school hell—endless exams, sleepless nights, and zero fun—she was free for the summer. No more studying. No more stress. Just sun, horses, and her family’s ranch in Red Ridge, Arizona.

She dumped her bags by the front door of her mom’s big, old farmhouse and yelled, "Mom! I’m home!"

Silence.

Then—footsteps.

Her mom, Diane Carter, came running from the kitchen, her blonde hair messy, her blue eyes watery. "Baby girl!" she cried, pulling Lila into a tight hug.

Lila breathed in her mom’s familiar scent—vanilla and coffee—and squeezed back. "Missed you so much."

"Me too, sweetheart," her mom said, wiping her eyes. "But you look tired. You want some iced tea? Dinner?"

Lila grinned. "Later. Right now, I just wanna ride."

Her mom laughed. "Of course you do. Go on, then. But don’t stay out too late—we’ve got a lot to talk about."

Lila didn’t care about talking. She just wanted to feel the wind in her hair and smell the desert air.

She grabbed her straw cowboy hat, slung her guitar over her back, and ran to the barn.

Lila’s favorite horse, Bella, whinnied when she saw her. "Hey, girl," Lila cooed, stroking Bella’s soft nose. "Miss me?"

She saddled up fast, swung onto Bella’s back, and took off.

The open fields stretched forever—golden grass, blue sky, no people. Just her, the horse, and freedom.

For the first time in years, Lila felt alive.

She rode hard, laughing as the wind whipped her hair. But then—a problem.

Her new guitar—the one she’d bought last week as a graduation gift to herself—kept banging against her back.

"Ugh, stupid thing," she muttered, slowing Bella to a stop.

She slid off, tied Bella to a desert willow tree, and plopped down in the shade. The pink flowers smelled sweet, and the hummingbirds buzzed around her.

"Perfect," she sighed, leaning back.

Then—a voice.

"Well, well. Look what the wind blew in."

Lila jumped, spinning around.

Standing there, leaning against a tree like he owned the place, was Jace Monroe.

And holy hell, he was not the skinny ranch kid she remembered.

Jace Monroe was tall. Like, "how is he even real?" tall—six-foot-five of pure muscle, dark hair, and a smirk that made Lila’s stomach flip.

"Lila Carter," he drawled, crossing his arms. "Haven’t seen you in… what, four years?"

She swallowed hard. "Yeah. You’ve… changed."

"So have you." His dark eyes slid over her body, slow and hungry.

Lila blushed. "What are you doing here?"

"This is my land now."

She froze. "What?"

Jace grinned, but it wasn’t nice. "Your mom sold it to me. All of it—except the house and barn."

Lila’s heart pounded. "That’s not possible. She would’ve told me."

"She didn’t?" Jace raised an eyebrow. "Huh. Well, she did. Signed the papers last month."

Lila’s knees went weak. She grabbed the tree to steady herself.

"You’re lying."

"Wish I was." He stepped closer. "But I’ve got the deed. And the money. And the legal right to be here."

Lila’s vision blurred. "Why would she do that?"

"Ask her." Jace’s voice softened. "But if you’re really upset… maybe we can make a deal."

She glared at him. "What kind of deal?"

He leaned in, his hot breath on her ear. "The kind where you beg me for something… and I give it to you."

Lila’s breath hitched.

This was bad.

This was dangerous.

This was exactly what she didn’t need.

But God, she wanted it.

Jace’s fingers brushed her arm, sending electric shocks through her body.

"One night," he murmured. "You submit to me. No rules. No limits. And in the morning…" He pulled a folded paper from his pocket. "I sign this land back to you."

Lila stared at the paper. "You’re serious?"

"Dead serious." His thumb traced her bottom lip. "But you gotta decide now. And you gotta mean it."

She should’ve said no.

She should’ve walked away.

But the way he looked at her—like he wanted to devour her—made her weak.
