"Holy character development, Batman! Honestly Ivy was a hard to like main character for the first few chapters. As it progressed and as you see the reasons why she is they way she is.. it all made sense. And to her point, if it was a male character he would have been celebrated and loved. Amazing job pointing out that double standard. I loved the slow progression of their relationship and the end was the perfect sort of closure. Very well done! "

I love your pictorial writing style in which you can explicitly envision what you are writing without being excessive and complex but its cohesively written and allows a reader to flow though the story and journey with the characters. "This is a very nice, different story of Cupid coming to Earth. I enjoyed this because the characters felt real. The storyline is well written. I liked your easy narrative and natural dialogue. "I love the idea of this book. It's really giving a different perspective to love and I absolutely love it! I understand Eve's issues with love as her trust is broken. Eve is such a perfectly flawed character. The short paragraphs makes the suspense build up I like that you made it that way. Also, the characters at the beginning of the story has a stiff dialogue, like "I am" and don't put this to heart but if you had put "I'm" it'd make the story flow better. If not and you meant it to emphasize the word, you should consider writing them in italic. So far, I love the story. It's new and gives out the idealistic aura of such realistic person. I'd recommend these to romance readers that needed a new perspective on love. Keep writing!!"

"This was such a refreshing story to read! I consider myself an avid reader of books and I don't think I've ever read a story like this one! The characterization of Cupid to me is spot on and is interesting. I've never thought about what cupid might look like if he was human but after reading this I feel that his description is on point! The only critique I have is on the main character. I love her and I see that you were writing her to make her strong and able to defend herself, which is refreshing to read the main character strong for herself and wanting to prove people wrong. My only thing about it is that I think she's a little too strong if that makes sense. She comes across as, excuse my language, but a bitch and not in a good way. It almost turns the reader away because of how abrasive she seems to be at almost everything. I'm not saying you have to change her character, but give her some sort of "softness" that readers can see within her that makes her seem a little less harsh. Other than that, I loved this story! Once again, it was a refreshing read and I'm glad I came across you and this read in the forums :)"

"I enjoyed the premise for this book, the idea of Cupid coming to earth has a lot of potential for romance and comedy. I like that the MC is flawed and imperfect, but watch out for making her too abrasive. She needs at least one "redeeming" factor (i.e. she loves animals, she's good at music, she helps someone when they fall down) just one small thing that lets us know that she is going to grow and change over the course of the book. Overall, great start and I look forward to reading the rest!"
