"I so far am relishing it a lot. The scheme is awesome. I don't absolutely enjoy stories that aren't Pov but it is nice. This way I get to discover everyone's' thoughts and emotions. It is truly something to live for. Additionally, I am cherishing the ROMANCE that turned into DRAMA extremely quickly. This tale is exactly something that I admire. It has almost all of my favorite genres. (Romance, Drama, Fantasy) So if u like any of those genres this book is something you would love to read. *I swear the drama is good enough to make me stay up until 1 in the morning and slam my laptop close. *The romance is also very great! The sparks were just flying with (Victory and ???) I won't say her lover's name because u should find out for urself. Also Idk if I said this before but I love drama. And a quick tip to other drama lovers out there; drama follows after love. Lady Rowan, u did a great job with this novel."

"First of all so sorry for not doing this review for so long. I am a terrible reader... But I must say this story was sensational! Absolutely sensational! The drama, passion, loved it all! The characters are all unique and believable, the world that is set up with the fantasy lores is carefully and clearly done. I also love and appreciate that you kept a lot of the parts of the traditional vampire lore but also made a few changes that made it believeable but not too many so that they are no longer vampires. I do also love the ghost family and the development of Victoria and Henry’s relationship is captivating. The only think I personally didn't like occasionally was that the story went a little bit too slowly for me. But apart from that it was brilliant! Hope it does great 👍🏻"

I especially loved how your narrative flows so smoothly and effortless, without showing too much or too little descriptions. You didn't bog us down with character or scene descriptions but rather spread it throughout the story which is a skill only a few authors have. I congratulate you for achieving this. As a reader, I can say that this book didn't bore me at all. I am not a fan of vampire stories but this one had me hooked because of the realistic description of your characters, the refreshing story and your wonderful way of conveying it. First Chapter
"I'm hooked with the plot; it's something new and refreshing, with a promising dose of romance and mystery. It's been a long time since a vampire book had held my interest. The first chapter is very well written and serves as a great introduction of the main characters and the first conflict. The main characters are well developed with ranging emotions and characteristic behaviors. Reading the first chapter William actually reminds me of Elijah from the series 'The Originals'. I did feel like some of the character's physical descriptions were a bit thrown out there, although it may be part of your writing style, and that's great. For example, "William had a tall and slender physique with broad shoulders." I think instead of going directly to how he looks, you could describe an action: Are they tense, or does he roll his broad shoulders trying to let some of the tension out. Again, that's just what I think, you go with your style. Overall, I love the story and will keep reading. Keep up the awesome work!"

"Pretty good Vampire lore, some notables; first, no basements in New Orleans, walkouts maybe. Second, the problem with ghosts, hard to believe Vampires would be worried - I see this as a weak point. Overall it is a good Vampire story with lots of great descriptions. I look forward to more."
