What is your opinion?

I don't know what I just read, but I want MORE xD

"(on-going, read til the end of chapter 7) Well, that was a wild ride! I was expecting something light-hearted and quick to read, but this was not that at all and I'm delighted that it wasn't xD It was humourous, entertaining as feck, completely unpredictable and satirised the world of politics more than politicians (unintentionally) do themselves, which is an impressive feat in its own right xD The characters were well introduced and developed, and they were all distinct from one another. The dialogue was good and had some creative quips/comebacks that I shall definitely be implementing in my own life ASAP! I loved the diversity and inclusiveness of the characters and the dynamic between them all; they fit together well in a mismatch-y kind of way that was refreshing to read. Really good job with this, I hope you continue it soon :)"

Wow. I did not see that coming

"When you think you've put your finger on what this story is about, you have to re-evaluate everything. Only after reading a couple of names you begin to relax and expect a lighthearted, funny story. And then BAM! A political intrigue bursts through the narrative and danger lurks in every corner. I did not expect the level of complexity this story delivered as it develops, and the interesting contrast the author presented was the best quality this book had to offer. At times it wasn't clear what everyone's motivations were, but that is part of the political world, I would say. Overall, this was completely out of the ordinary for me, and even though I'm still deciding how I feel about it, I can honestly acknowledge the talent behind this story."

What a pleasant surprise!

"When I first read the summary, I thought the book would contain a political plot and there would be some heavy action-packed and rebelling scenes between the two parties. But I didn't at all, even for the briefest of seconds, expect the book to be so humorous. Your characters — Lord Snail, Cousin Poopsie, Awesome MacCheese, Pimple Blackhead — oh Lord, where did you get such names? They complemented the humour of the story so well and gave the readers a read they would hardly forget. This really captivated me! I especially loved how naturally your narrative flowed- successfully progressing the novel without being bogged down by minor details. It was so fluid and easy to read, but heavy enough to create strong, tension-packed scenes. Especially in the first chapter, when they were about to head over for the execution of Operation Butternut, it was such a wild moment. The dialogues were well written and realistically delivered. Overall, it was a refreshing read with awesome characters and an authentic plot. I found great satisfaction in the author’s writing skills. Amazing work! I can’t wait to read more! Like seriously, you have to update! (Sorry for the short review — this is all I could type between the incessant glitching of my phone.)"

So much fun!

"When I first read the synopsis I was intrigued and ready for a very serious story about rebellion and all those things. I was not prepared for how funny this was! It totally caught me off guard but I loved every second of it!! The writing style is fun and descriptive, and I didn’t notice any grammar mishaps. Well done! :) "

George Orwell meets Mel Brooks

"I was cracking up at each character name, shaking my head at dry all-too-perfect jabs at political stereotypes, and likely laughing at inappropriate moments. So, of course, I label this story a win! Refreshingly well-written, you don’t have to worry about being distracted by jarring grammar usage or getting thrown out of the narrative by typos. If I were to pick and look for something to improve, it would be to break up some length on the longer paragraphs, but really, this is a small thing. This is going to be a fascinating story to follow!"

Delightfully Bizarre

"Humor is hard to pull off; anybody interested in doing so could do worse than reading this story. The author's voice is a Clear and Present Danger, and despite the Sum of All my Fears, I found this a compelling, well-written tale. Very few typos; no need to Hunt for my Red (October) pen. I can recommend this Without Remorse. Were I an Executive I would Order you to read! But I'm just a lowly Patriot. Games aren't my thing. (Hell; just being aware that dialogue can actually be attached to narrative paragraphs marks the author as a veteran. First Inkitt story I've read in ages that knew about that...)"
