Chapter 1
The abandoned temple of the ancient ruins was located in a jungle in India. The temple was enormous in stature with a long vertical staircase. The temple was made out of solid beige stone. There were broken pieces of the architecture interior of the temple, and there was green moss and green tree-like bushes covering the walls. A large orange male tiger named Sunga entered the temple and found a small white tigress cub named Majah. Like the temple, Majah was abandoned, alone, discouraged, and slept softly on the floor. Sunga looked around the temple to see if any one of her family was around and no one was there. He takes Maja by the back with his mouth and runs out of the temple towards the valley of his fellow orange tigers.
Once Sunga makes it in the valley, the tigers looked questioned, raising their eyebrows about the new arrival of the white tiger cub. Adeara, Sunga’s sister and the assistant leader of the tigers, comes in and sniff the cub with suspicion until he sneezes briefly, causing Majah to laugh. Adeara didn’t like the fact that a white tiger cub would be welcomed into the pride, no thanks to her long line of prejudice of white tigers. But reluctantly, just like all the other orange tigers, she accepted her as her own.
12 years later, Majah grows up to be a fully-grown female white tiger and runs through the field while chasing a mouse. When she pounces towards it on the ground, she opens her paws and sees that the mouse escapes out of her paws and dives into the hole. Majah pats her fist on the ground and grunts briefly until she sees a streak of male orange tigers stalking through the tall grass. She walks over them and asks, “Hey, what are stalking?”
“Hey beat it, snowball,” the orange tiger responds, “This is our hunting ground.”
“Yeah,” says the second orange tiger.
“Find your own prey.” Says the third orange tiger.
“Oh,” responds Majah, “Sorry.”
She walks over to the female orange tigers that are swimming at the lake and said “Hey, might if I join you?”
“Us?” one of the tigers responds.
“With you?” the second female tiger responds.
“Yeah, why not?” Majah answered, “You seem to have a lot of fun.”
“Actually,” said the third tiger, “we’re done swimming. Come on girls.” The female tigers leave the lake.
“Okay, see you tomorrow, or later…” Majah starts to get depressed, “Or never.”
Majah walks over to the pond and looks down at her own reflection. A female peafowl with colorful tail feathers named Peekah runs through the bushes in a panic behind Majah and towards a tree while panting with her wing on her chest. The white tigress turns her head and says “Peekah, why are you in such a hurry?”
“You have to hide me, Majah.”
“Why what’s going on?”
“He’s been playing this stupid tag game with me for HOURS!!! I told him to stop, but he just dosen’t…” Peekah hears a loud growling noise behind her and inside the bushes. “He’s right behind me, isn’t he?”
“Yup.”
“Crap!”
A male orange tiger named Taji pounces towards Peekah into the ground and stands over her with his paws on her chest. He laughs and says, “Got you now, Peekah!”
“Uugh, you always tag me first!” the peafowl yells.
“No I didn’t, you tagged me!”
“I most certainly did not, you over-grown stripped pussy cat!”
“Bring it on, you-you, rainbow colored chicken!” Taji and Peekah fight with each other playfully as Majah sighs depressingly and walks over to the pond.
Taji and Peekah stops fighting, look at Majah with concern, and walks over to her by the pond. Taji touches her by her shoulder and says, “Hey Maj, are you alright?”
Majah sighs and says, “I don’t know. I just feel like I don’t fit in with the other tigers, that’s all.”
“Look, I don’t know what they’re beef is, your still a tiger overall.”
“Sure, but they don’t think so. They probably think that I’m not…normal.”
“WHAT?!” Peeka exclaims, “Majah, you are just the same as everybody else, I mean, so what if you’re a white tiger, you’re no different!”
“Huh, try telling that to Adeara. Even shedoesn’t think so.”
“Hold the phone.” Said Sunga standing behind Majah, Peeka, and Taji as the three animals turn their heads towards Sunga on a mountain-like rock. “Now give the phone to me.”
Majah and Sunga are now walking up the steep mountain of the Indian jungle through the tall trees, vines, bushes, twigs, and exotic plant life as they walk higher and higher up the mountain.
While the two tigers are walking, Sunga continues, “Adeara is not as mean as think. I mean, sure she is very strict and she does have serious issues, but deep down, she certainly does have a soft side.”
“Well, she does have a funny way of showing it,” Majah replied, “and so does everybody else in the pride. Maybe I’m not right for this family.”
Sunga sighs and said, “Majah, there’s something I should have shown you long ago.”
“What is it?”
“You’ll see.” The two tigers begins to run up the mountain of the jungle until they reach to the peak of the mountain, seeing an abandoned temple ahead of them. “That was the place where I found you. No one else was there but legend says that it used to be the home of the white tigers.”
“Really? So where are they now?”
“Nobody knows. But some might even say that they settled in a waterfall valley called Mombai falls beyond the edge of the jungle. And I have a feeling that you’ll find some answers there.”
“But…what if there’s something or someone out there who would stop me, or maybe even destroy me?”
Suddenly, they hear a sinister female voice above them that says, “Hmm, I wonder who that someone might be.” Sunga sniffs and the two tigers looks up at a villainous female black panther named Zerii, hunching on a tree branch as she is ready to pounce while she growls.
Majah asks, “Who are you?”
Zerii replies, “Your worst nightmare!”
Zerii pounces towards Majah, biting the top part of her neck with her canines until Sunga comes in and scrapes at her with his claws and bites her neck. The orange tiger and the panther fights each other through teeth and nail and Majah swipes the panther away from her with her claws. Majah charges at Zerii until the panther pounces at her on her back. The panther scrapes her and bites her neck and Majah kncoks her off her chest and swipes her claws at her as she continues to fight her off. Majah and Zerii stands on their two feet, scratching and biting each other with great force and vigor until Sunga comes in and pounces towards Zerii. The panther kicks him off her chest towards the edge of the cliff and charges at him off the cliff as they both fall into down into the jungle. Majah shouts, “SUNGA!!!”
She then hears a large cracking sound and in the distance and sees an Indian wolf pushing a large tree with its feet which causes all the other trees to fall on top of each other and right towards Majah. As the trees fall towards her, Majah pounces down the mountain, landing on one rock after the other as she pounces her way down the mountain. The large trees, tree trunks, and branches are still falling past her as she makes her way down to the bottom. The falling trees chases her down the hill-like slope of the jungle and the white tigress runs side to side to avoid getting crushed by the large tree trunks. When the falling trees catches up to her, Majah pounces on one tree trunk after the other, trying to find Sunga until she falls off the falling tree trunks and lands hard on the ground at the bottom of the slope as the tree trunks stops falling. When Majah rises from the ground, the smoke clears, revealing Sunga’s dead corpse lying on the tree trunk. Majah gasps horrifyingly, grabs him by the back with her teeth, and pulls him away from the tree trunks.
Majah becomes devastated as her eyes started to water and says, “Oh no! No!”
All the other orange tigers appear out of the jungle and are shocked by what they see. One of the tigers exclaimed, “What the hell was that!”
“What did you do?!” yelled the other orange tiger.
“No!” Majah answered, “This wasn’t my fault, I-
“Yes Majah,” said Adeara with an aggressive tone of voice as she makes her way down the mountain towards her, “What did you do?!”
“No! This wasn’t me! It was the panther! I swear!”
Adeara growls with her teeth showing and says, “You were with him this wholetime! How could it not be you?!”
“You’ve got to believe me, Adeara! I didn’t cause all this!”
“I always knew you white tigers are nothing but trouble!”
“But I didn’t do it!”
Taji comes in and stands in front of Majah and said, “She’s right! She would never cause all this!”
“That’s no excuse, Taji!” Adeara yelled, “You can’t keep defending her!”
“You’re looking at it all wrong!”
“I DON’T CARE! SHE COULD NOTBE ONE OF US!”
“Why are you tigers so against her?! She’s still a tiger through and through! So what if she’s white with black stripes! That doesn’t make her different!”
“TAJI!” Adeara yelled, “For the last time, she will NEVER belong with us!”
“ADEARA!” Taji yelled furiously.
“FINE!” Majah yelled, “I’ll go! If that makes you feel any better!” Majah runs into the jungle away from the tiger pack.
“Majah wait!” Taji said as he is about to catch up to her.
“If you follow her,” Adeara added, “Your out of this group!”
“Fine! I don’t need this group anyway! See how well you can do without us!” Taji runs towards the jungle, trying to catch up with Majah as she runs through the bushes, twigs, and tall grasses while the birds flies out of the grasses.
Meanwhile at the lake near the great waterfall, a female Indian elephant named Phaydra is standing in the water, eating a rotten mango while a male orangutan named Rubert is lying on a tree on his back. Phaydra continues eating the fruit and says, “this fruit taste like crap.”
“Really?” said Rubert, “Let me try some.” The orangutan takes the fruit with his foot, carries towards his mouth, and eats it. “Eh, it still tastes the same. Still eating it though.”
“Youhave the weirdestsense of taste I have ever seen.”
“Hey, its a lot better than just eating a dung.”
“Eww.” The two animals see Majah, running out of the trees towards the lake and breathe in and out with relief. Phaydra walks towards her and says, “Hey Majah, what’s the matter?”
“They kick me out.”
“WHAT?!” said Phaydra and Rubert as they walk closer to her.
“Why would they do that?!” Rubert exclaimed.
“What did Sunga say?” Phaydra asked.
“Sunga was killed, by a black panther!” Majah answered.
“Wait!” said Rubert, “Did this panther have green and yellow eyes?”
“I don’t know, but she did have a half broken ear. Why?”
“Zerii!” Rubert said, dramatically.
“Wait, you know her?”
“Know her? She’s the most vicious killer of this jungle! Murdered 10 thousand species of animals in one month!”
“Not to mention leading her wolf buddies through the whole thing.” Phaydra added.
Suddenly, the three animals hear panting noises echoing through the jungle until they see Peeka running out the bushes, panting out of breath and says, “Oh man am I out of shape.” The peafowl falls flat on the ground and Taji appears out the bushes.
“Taji, Peeka, what are you guys doing here?” Majah asks.
“We here to support you. Why not?” Taji answered.
“Shouldn’t you be with the pride?”
“Oh please, they can kiss my stripped rear, for all I care.”
“Yeah,” Peeka remarked, “Its not they’re your real family.”
Majah opens her eyes wide open in realization and looks at the temple in the distance. She stares at it and said, “Or maybe, my real family is out there.”
“Oh I know that look. I’ve seen it before. I can never forget that look. It’s that ‘I wanna do something’ look. What’s on your mind, Maj?”
Majah puts her eyebrows in the middle with a determined look on her face and answered, “We’ve got to find my real family!”
“Yeah, but where?” Taji asks.
“And how?” Peeka asks.
“At Mumbai falls!” Majah answered.
“Mumbai falls? Are cookoo bananas?! That’s like a three day walk from here!”
“Ahem.” Said Phaydra and all the animals look up at her. “Haven’t you guys forgotten that I’m an elephant? I can travel less than three days at least. Two for a minimum.”
Majah jumps onto Phaydra’s back and the elephant rises from the water. She looks down at her animal friends and says, “What do you say guys? To the edge of the jungle?”
Her friends replied, “To the edge of the jungle!”
Peeka flies on Majah’s shoulder and says, “Count me in.”
Rubert jumps onto Phaydra’s back and says, “Lead the way, Phaydra!”
Taji added, “I’ll just be walking the whole way through.”
Majah replies, “Okay, suit yourself. Next stop, Mumbai falls!”
Phaydra turns her body around and swims towards the other side of the river next to the falls and Taji jumps into the river, swimming alongside Phaydra. As they make their way out of the river, Zerii stands on a tall tree branch above them, making an evil diabolical glare on her face while she growls. Then she turns her head to the vultures on the upper branches above her. She climbs up to where the vultures are and says, “Hey you, vultures!” The vultures look at her with surprise. “I have a special little treat for you.” Zerii looks at them with a sinister grin.
Meanwhile at the wide-open plains of India, Phaydra continues to walk through the tall grass while Majah, Rubert, and Peeka are on her back and Taji walks through the grass along with her. Rubert asks, “You sure your family is out there?”
“Rubert, I know my family is out there.” Majah answered, “How could they not be?”
“I don’t know, Majah. White tigers are very rare to find. Some might even say that they’re extinct.”
“EXTINCT?!”
“We don’t know yet,” said Phaydra, “That’s why we’re out here. Don’t let his assumptions get into your head. He always likes to ‘swing’ into conclusions.”
“I do not!” Rubert replied.
“Yes you do.”
“No I don’t.”
“Yes you do.”
“NoI don’t.”
“What’s the cycle of the food chain?”
“The tiger eats vulture after he eats the snake.” Rubert gasps.
“Gotcha!”
“You dirty little pachyderm!”
“Oh you mean vultures like that?” Peekah asked, pointing her feathers at the vultures soaring towards them. The elephant begins to gallop through the grass and slides down the slope of the plains while the vultures chase after them. One of the swoops towards Majah, grabs her by the tail and carries her up in the sky. Rubert jumps towards the vulture and knocks it down to the ground while grabbing a vine from a tree, carrying Majah by the tail and swings himself to Phaydra’s back as the elephant continues to run and slide down slope. Majah grabs a branch from another tree with her mouth, and knocks all the other vultures away from her. Taji jumps onto Phaydra’s back and scrapes his claws at the vultures. When Phaydra reaches to the edge of the cliff, she sucks the sand-like dirt with her trunk and sprays it towards the vultures while making her loud trumpeting sound. Once the vultures are blind and flies away from the animals, the cliff of which they are standing on breaks and they all fall into a river. The animals swim towards a large tree trunk and ride their way through the flowing river. Majah asks, “Is this the quickest way to the falls?”
“I don’t know,” Phaydra asks, “This might be.”
“What the hell do you mean, might?” said Rubert, “This is the way to Mumbai falls!”
“Oh here we go again, always gotta be the smart little orange ape who keeps ‘swinging’ to conclusions.”
“Okay first of all, that’s a horrible ‘swing’ pun! Second, I’m telling you for a fact that…”
While Phaydra and Rubert are arguing, Peekah sees a crocodile spine rising from the water and says nervously, “Ugh, guys?”
The crocodile bumps into the tree trunk and appears out of the water. The lead croc looks at Majah and says, “Oh, a white tiger. I thought they were all gone for good.”
“What are you talking about?” Majah asks.
“Didn’t anyone tell ya?” said the other crocodile, “the white tigers got wiped out 6 years ago.”
“6 years? No! That’s not true!”
“Don’t believe us, go and see for yourselves.” Said the lead croc, “But first, why don’t you come and join us for dinner.”
“Oooh, what’s for dinner?” Peekah asked and the lead crocodile leaps towards Majah with his mouth open and Majah swipes him away with her paw. “Okay, forget I even ask him that.”
The other crocodile pounces towards Taji and the tiger fights him off with his teeth and claws until Majah comes in and knocks the crocodile away from him. The river tosses the tree trunk as it keeps moving faster and faster as the crocodiles chases after them. One of the crocodiles jumps towards Peekah with his mouth open until Phaydra knocks the crocodile away from her with her trunk. “Yup,” said Phaydra, “I just did that.” Another one of the crocodiles grabs Phaydra by the tail and tries to pull her into the water until Majah comes in and scrapes the crocodile in the eye with her claws. The river rapids continue to move faster and faster as they bump into one rock after the other and the tree trunk zooms through the river rapids. The hungry crocodiles bite at them as they continue to pursue the animals on the tree trunk. Majah and others grabs a few twigs from the trees and paddles away from the crocodiles. The waves of the river rapids of the tree trunk toss the tree trunk further and further until they see an enormous waterfall ahead.
“A waterfall?” Rubert asked, “Seriously?”
Majah leans on the front side of the tree trunk and sees a ledge on the other side of the waterfall. She opens her eyes wide open and says, “We have to jump over to that ledge!”
Her friends exclaimed, “WHAT?!”
“Majah, how are we gonna pull this off?” asked Taji.
“Its okay, Taj,” Majah answered, “just trust me. Everybody hop on Phaydra’s back!”
Majah and her animal friends leaps on the elephant’s back and Taji holds on to Majah’s paw, looks at her in the eye, and said, “Majah, if we don’t make it, I want you know that… I would love to have you as my future mate.”
“I do too, Taji. But we’ll deal with that later!”
The tree trunk moves closer and closer to the waterfall until Phaydra jumps off the trunk and falls down the waterfall. The elephant quickly grabs a tree branch connected to the ledge on the other side of the waterfall with her trunk and crawls up to the surface of the ledge. The animals jump off of her back and starts inhaling and exhaling with relief. Majah shakes the water off of her fur and asks, “Is everybody okay?”
“Yeah.” Taji answered.
“Sord of.” Rubert added.
The elephant drops herself on Peekah. The peafowl taps her on the side with her wing and says with a muffled voice “Phaydra! Phaydra! You’re crushing me! I can’t breathe!”
“Oh sorry.” Said Phaydra as she rolls over to the other side of the ground, leaving Peekah inhaling deeply with her eyes open.
Majah walks towards Phaydra as she is laying on the ground and says, “Phaydra, what’s wrong.”
“I’m sorry Maj, you’re my best friend, but I’m calling it.”
“Us too.” Said her friends.
“What? Why?”
Phaydra answers, “Majah, a flock of vultures tries to eat our bones, we fell into the river rapids, a pack of hungry crocodiles tries to chase us, we almost died jumping over that waterfall and now we’re hopelessly lost!”
“But we’re just so close!” Majah exclaimed, “I just know it!”
“No dumb waterfall valley would be worth the risk!” said Taji.
“Well risk or no risk, I gotta find where my family are! I gotta find a place where I feel like I belong! And I don’t find a place like that, then part of me would just be stuck to that temple where Sunga found me.”
Suddenly, a male mongoose named Meeko, pops out of the ground and says, “Hello!”
The animals are startled by his presence as he digs his way out of the ground and appears out of the surface. “Hey-hey-hey, its alright, I won’t bite. My names Meeko, and I couldn’t help but overhearing that you’re looking for a waterfall valley, correct?”
“Yeah.”
“Welp, I got some good news and some bad news.”
“What’s the good news?” asked Phaydra.
“The good news is…You’re actually here!”
The animals gasp and look over at the waterfall valley, which reveals to be Mumbai falls by the sunlight. Suddenly, they see a series white tiger corpses and skeletons in the valley. Majah asks, “What happened to the white tigers?”
“Oh right, well that’s the bad news. It looks like they’re all…all…how should I say this without hurting your feelings? All…”
“Dead.” Said Majah with a depressing tone of voice.
“Well that’s a very realistic way of putting it, probably.”
“No.” Majah sits on the edge of the ledge and looks down with sorrow with tears in her eyes.
Taji walks over to her, puts his paw on her shoulder and says, “I’m very sorry, Majah.”
“I really am the last white tigress.”
Meeko picks up a piece of white fur from the ground, sniffs it with his snout and says, “I wouldn’t say that for long.” The two tigers looks over to him while he continues, “From what I can pick up from its sent, there seems to be one other white tiger who is still alive.”
“Really?” said Majah with a surprised tone of voice.
“And that’s not all. Look.” The animals look at a long trail of white fur that leads to the abandoned Indian temple on top of an enormous hill through the jungle.
“The temple.” Said Majah
“Perhaps, the legends are true.” Said Phaydra.
“Hah! Told ya!” said Rubert, “Now pay up!”
Phaydra reluctantly snatches a mango from the tree with her trunk and says, “Ugh, I outta swish you like a bug.”
Majah turns over to the animals and says, “What do you say guys? To the abandoned temple?”
Her friends replied, “to the abandoned temple!”
“And I coming too!” Meeko exclaimed while the animals are looking at him in silence, “you know, for support.”
The animals reach up the staircase of the temple and walks into the interior of the temple. Once they come inside, they hear foot steps pouncing toward their direction. Majah says with a smile on her face, “Its one of the tigers!” until the creature reveals herself to be Zerii, the black panther as she appears out of the shadows with a sinister grin.
She walks towards the animals and said, “guess again, stripes.”
“What! Meeko, did you know about this?”
“No!” Meeko answered, “I swear, I never thought she would come here!” The indian wolves appears out of the shadows from all sides of the temple, growling at them and approaching to them. “And I didn’t know about these guys either.”
“Looks your little ‘white tiger family’ are no where to be found.” Said Zerii.
“We’ll just see about that!” Majah exclaimed as she pounces towards Zerii and the panther knocks her off her chest, pounces towards her and bites her neck with her teeth. The white tiger swipes her away from her neck with her claws and continues to fight her off.
The wolves charge at the animals and the animals fights at them back. Phaydra swipes the wolves away with her trunk and steps on them with her feet. Rubert grabs one of the wolves by the tail and swings it around and around, using it to knock all the other wolves away from him. One of the wolves chase Meeko until Peeka comes in an opens her tail feathers in front of it, which makes the wolf blinded by the shining colors. “Did you know you can do that?” asked Meeko.
“Maybe.” Said Peekah.
Taji comes in and fights off Zerii and panther bites his neck and scratches him with her claws until Majah pounces Zerii against the wall, still scratching and biting her. The panther leaps on her chest, scratching two sides of her face until the white tiger kicks her off her chest and against the wall. When Majah squeezes her neck and raises her paw in the air, Zerii cried out, “Go ahead, Majah! Do it! Finish me like how your species wiped out all of mine before theywere gone!”
Majah gasps with horror and said with devastation, “No! No! That’s not true!”
“Yes! Yes! It is true! All of it!” Zerii rises out of the flour and walks around Majah, “My parents, slaughtered! My sisters, taken! My family, destroyed! But even as a girl, left with nothing, I’ve learned that I should avenge all those who are closest to me and take my vengeance by force, even if I’m the last Black Panther alive!”
Zerii continues attacking Majah with her teeth and claws and the white tiger tries to stop her physically by pouncing towards her and holding her arms down.
“Is this what you really want to do?” Majah asked, “To keep fighting for nothing?”
“What are talking about, stripes?” Zerii and Majah continue fighting.
“Look at yourself, your frustrated, your angry, and you keep holding on to the past!”
“Stop it!”
“If you keep fighting like this, none of us would exist!”
“Shut up!”
Zerii pounces towards Majah on her back and raises her paw in the air. Majah responds, “I know exactly what its like to be the last of my species! I’m a misfit just like you! You don’t have to be vengeful! You don’t have to be angry! You can’t keep fighting like this forever! Because if you do, then you would die and there would be no more black panthers left on earth. Just as there are no more white tigers left either.”
Zerii hesitates with her paw in the air and her tears falls from her eyes. She asks, “What kind of sick game are you playing at, stripes?”
“I’m not playing any game. I’m just telling you the truth!” Zerii continues hesitating while she’s breathing in and out until finally she swipes at her and runs to the outside the temple in sadness. The animals stops fighting and see Zerii running out of the temple. Majah walks towards Zerii at the side door of the temple. The white tiger approaches to her while Zerii cries softly with her paw in her eyes.
Majah asks, “Are you okay?”
“Leave me alone, Majah.” Zerii answered
“Look, I know how difficult being the last of your species can be, but all you can do is just enjoy life to the fullest and start a new life of your own.”
“But I don’t have a family, or a place to call home. Aside from the temple, I have no other place to live.”
“You can live with us.” Said Taji as the animals appears out of the side door. “We can treat you like a family.”
“All of us.” Said Phaydra.
Zerii wipes off her tears and said, “Well, its nice to meet a couple of misfits who accept me for who I am. But, would really do that for me?”
Majah puts her paw on her shoulder and says, “of course.”
Majah and Zerii hugs each other warmly and lovingly as Zerii starts to cry and says, “Thank you.” The five animals come in and hug both Majah and Zerii.
One of the male wolves growled and said, “Are you kidding me! You promised a whole big fat meal in full!”
“What I promised,” said Zerii, “Is for you to help me through the uprising against the tigers, but now I don’t need you anymore. You can all go back to your territories now.”
“You treacherous little cat!” The male wolf pounces towards Zerii and the panther knocks him off her chest.
The two animals fights each other until Phaydra kicks the wolf towards the jungle in which he fell into a mud puddle.
Zerii turns over to the other wolves and says, “anyone else?”
Another one of the wolves said, “actually we’re okay with it. We’ll just get back to our dens now and hunt for something else. See ya.” The wolves run out of the abandoned temple.
Taji looks at Majah and says, “Come on, Maj, lets go home.”
Majah, Zerii, Taji, and the animals walk down the steps, talking indistinctly until they see a tiger silhouette roaring on the mountain. Majah stares at the silhouette as it pounces all the way down from the mountain, through the jungle, and through the bushes, until it reveals to be a large female white tiger Makayla, Maja’s Mother. The white tiger stares at her daughter and asks, “Majah?”
“H-how do you know my name?” asked Majah.
“Oh, you don’t remember me. You were only a cub. It’s a very, very long time. But a mother never forgets.”
Majah gasps with surprise and gives her a big loving hug. “Its been so long.”
“I know, sweety, I know.” Suddenly, a lightning bolt strikes at a far distance away from the temple, causing a fire in the distance. “Something’s up!”
The animals run all the way to the valley of orange tigers. Once they make their way to the valley, the entire location was caught on fire as the trees starts falling down and all the tigers of the valley runs away from the flames. Majah then sees Adeara, struggling to get the tree trunk off of her back. Majah and Phaydra comes in and the elephant lifts the tree trunk off of her while Majah grabs her by the back and pulls her away from the fire. Phaydra kneels down and Majah puts Adeara’s body on her back. The animals and the tigers runs through the burning jungle until they reach a cliff. Once they jump from the cliff all together, the trees, branches, and tree trunks falls along with them until they land safely into the river bank. All the animals walks safely out of the river bank. Majah says to Zerii, “Is that everybody?”
“Yup,” Zerii answered “that’s everyone.”
Majah looks over to Taji, dragging her out of the river and on the ground. Majah looks at her with concern and walks over to Taji. The two tigers nudges their noses to each other. Adeara lies on the ground as she is close to death and sees Majah walking toward her. Adeara said with a soft voice, “Majah.”
“Adeara, I’m so sorry.” Said Majah.
“No, I’m the one who should sorry for never even realizing… that you have always been one of us. Now the whole family will look up to you.”
Majah said with tears in her eyes, “No! Adeara!”
Adeara puts her paw on her shoulder and says, “Take care of them, my niece.” Majah touches her paw softly and warmly. “Take care of them.”
Adeara slowly puts her paw down and dies on the ground. Majah nudges her with her muzzle and gives her a big hug. The tigers and the other animals look down with sorrow, as did Majah’s friends. The sky starts to rain and Majah looks at all the other tigers; the tigers look back her. Majah takes a big breath and looks at the large mountain-like rock. Majah walks towards the rock and Taji walks along with her. The two tigers nudge each other in the muzzle as they walk up the mountain. Taji gives her a lick on the cheek. Majah then gives Makayla and Phaydra a big hug. Phaydra says to her, “You got this girl.”
The two tigers ascend themselves on the mountain and Majah walks towards the peek of the giant mountain-like rock and looks back at Taji. The orange tiger says, “Go ahead, Majah, you deserve it.” Majah pounces to the edge of the rock and makes a loud thunderous roar to the heavens. The tigers roar along with her in respect. Majah continues to roar on the mountain. Taji and Makayla walks up to where she is and roars along with her. Phaydra toots her trumpet, Rubert makes his hooting sound, peeka makes her screeching sound, Zerii makes her snarl-like roar along with them, and Meeko cheers her on. Majah makes her final roar to heavens and all the animals of India begins to cheer happily. Majah and Taji give each other a loving look on their faces and nudge their noses together. Afterwards, the two tigers lick each other with their tongues and give each other a kiss. For the first time ever, the orange tigers finally accepts Majah as their new leader.
Three years later, Majah gives birth to two white tiger cubs and one orange tiger cub. The cubs are now sleeping in their dens and Majah and Taji nudges each other on their noses. “You know, this what I like to call saving the species.” Taji remarked,
“Huh, you think?” Majah remarked.
“Majah, Taji,” said Makayla, “there’s something you need to see.”
Majah, Taji, and their cubs fallows Makala to a gorge and finds a pack of white tigers, lying on the ground. Majah smiles with tears rolling down her cheek and said, “I’m not the last one anymore!”
“What do you think, Maj, shall we make it a family reunion?”
“Yes! Yes we shall.”
The three tigers roar at the white tigers to get their attention. The white tigers fallow Majah, Taji, and Makayla to the valley of the orange tigers where they lived happily and are all untied in one place.
