He lined his cock at her entrance, teasing her slowly, a smirk on his lips, as she writhed and whimpered beneath him. The sight of her was more beautiful than anything he had ever seen. He thrust slowly into her, not wanting to rush their connection. Every time he made lo-
The door of Lola's bedroom opened and immediately she snapped the book shut, trying to get her breathing back to normal.
No one needed to know about her secret stash of erotica novels. At almost twenty one, this is not anything she should be embarrassed about, but due to her shy personality, she felt like she needed to keep this to herself and most importantly, hide it from prying eyes.
"You look like you got caught doing something bad, Lola" her bestfriend, Amara commented, entering her bedroom.
No one ever understood how the both of them were friends, because they were the complete opposites of each other. While Lola was a shy and reserved introvert, Amara was loud and outgoing. She didn't hesitate when it came to speaking her mind, and she sure as hell didn't let anyone look down on her.
"I don't know what you're talking about Amara" Lola replied, adjusting her glasses.
"Anyway, there is a party tonight" Amara began, wiggling her eyebrows
"You know those aren't my scene. Besides, college parties make me very uncomfortable."
"Lola you need to live. You seriously need to enjoy life. You are always in here reading those sex romance books of yours"
"Wait what? How do you know about those?"
Amara rolled her eyes, a small smile on her lips, "Seriously Lola. I am your bestfriend. Now what kind of a person would I be if I didn't know about your secret fantasies?" Amara winked
"You're disgusting"
"And yet you love me just as I am"
"Still, I won't be able to go"
"Why, Lola?" Amara whined
"Because Damien and I are going out tonight"
"He is actually taking you out tonight?" Amara scoffed
"Of course yes he is taking me out. Why do you say it like that?" Lola questioned, getting upset and knowing where this conversation was already going to go
The both of them have had it so many times. Amara always telling Lola how Damien didn't deserve even a bit of her. That he was such an ungrateful boyfriend who only had time for her when he wanted to.
"I'm sorry. It's just that sometimes I forget you are even in a relationship. When was the last time you actually exchanged texts?"
"Texts do not define the success of any relationship, Amara. Besides, if the both of us do not exchange texts it is only because Damien is a busy man and you and I know it"
"I don't know what you think I know Lola, but what I do know is what I've always told you, that boyfriend of yours, does not deserve you. But either way, I'll still be the good bestfriend I am and help you get ready for your date" Amara said, and Lola sighed, not wanting to continue the tiring conversation.
Yes, sometimes she wished Damien would have had more time for her. She was young and inexperienced. She wanted to feel special and important. She wanted to have his attention anytime she wanted it. She wanted him to call her and ask her how her day went, how her classes are, what she was up to.
She wanted the both of them to cuddle on the couch and watch a movie, not having a care in the world.
But then she also didn't want to be selfish. She had to understand that Damien was his own person and there were other things that made up his life, aside from her. And so she suppressed her desires, focusing on her studies and channeling her frustration into reading books. Those were her best activities as of the moment.
"Where is he taking you?" Amara asked, going through her bestfriend's closet that flowed with never ending clothes, wanting to help her find the right attire for the night.
Amara used to be overwhelmed by how rich her bestfriend was, but as time went on, she got used to it. Simply because Lola didn't flaunt her wealth in her face and made her feel as though she was any better than she was. Their friendship was beautiful, simple and free.
"I don't know" Lola responded, her voice small "Our conversation was... a short one. I didn't get the time to ask" she said, not meeting her friend's eyes. She didn't want to give Amara any reason to keep repeating herself, because she feared her bestfriend was right in a way.
Amara knew best than to say anything in that moment, looking at how vulnerable Lola was.
"Don't worry about it. We can still find you something to wear" she said, still rummaging with her eyes "Why don't you go and take a shower? I'm sure I would have something laid out for you. Besides, I doubt you have showered since morning"
"Now I'm gravely offended" Lola feigned hurt, glaring at her friend.
"I have taken my morning shower thank you very much"
"Mhm" Amara responded nonchalantly, still not believing her friend.
Lola huffed, before hopping off her bed to get ready for her date night.
Hopefully it would not end in disaster like the last time.

"Lola" Damien greeted, kissing his girlfriend on the cheek.
Sometimes Lola wanted more, for him to hold her in his arms and kiss her, show her how much he had missed her.
"Damien"
"You look beautiful" is all he said and guided her into the car
Lola waited, expecting him to start a conversation, ask her how her day went, but he didn't, so she decided to.
"How was your day?"
"Stressful. I've had to attend meetings upon meetings. I'm so tired"
"Then why did you insist on taking me out? You could have rested, I would be fine"
"I decided to do it and get it over with. I didn't want you to feel like I don't get time for you. You tend to whine a lot, and sometimes it's annoying" he said, not even caring how his words were making her feel in that moment
"Is it wrong to want to spend more time with my own boyfriend? Is it my fault that you have a lot of meetings to attend?"
"Of course not, it is not your fault. That is why I expect you to understand, to be considerate sometimes"
"Am I not considerate enough? This is the first time I am seeing you in almost a month, Damien. And it is not like you live in another country or state. This is not a long distance relationship. My university is not so far from your workplace, you and my dad are also business partners, yet I barely even see you. And I don't even complain"
"You know what Lola, just forget it, you don't understand anything anyway"
That remark. She hated it when he spoke to her like that. Like a child.
He treated her as if she was dumb, as if she didn't understand anything.
She huffed, the night had barely even started, and they were already fighting.
