Chapter 1
NURSE: Attention all the doctors, there is an accident in a nearby hotel and our deans want all the doctors to attend all the patients. The dean wants all the cardiologists to be ready and the neurology department should go with them. And, the dean wants the doctors from the gynecology department to treat all the women there. All the best and get ready to have a rough day.
SOPHIE POV:
What does it have to do with gynecology department working with cardiology dept yuck! Okay anyways let’s go for it.
I was in the general ward treating a grandma suddenly all the doctors and patients flinched. I looked behind to see my beautiful brother running towards me “god in which world a 27 years old run around shouting mummy’s name?” he came to me and hugged me tightly saying “Sophie look, a little girl plucked 4 hairs from my head” I was startled “seriously Stan, it was just a little girl and it’s only 4 hairs grow like a 27 for god’s sake” before he could say anything I heard a voice which annoys me the most ‘JAKE’ “so what about you miss? You are 25 not only you all the girls cry if they lose even a single hair pfft” that’s it I started to shout “who are you to talk about all the girls it can be me or your sister how can you say all girls huh?” the ward is now in pin drop silence but there was a broad male voice which was the president of the hospital “what the heck is happening here?” then my brother said “sir, some hair problem sir.” The he looked at him and said “Stanly Steve overtime till 1.00am” Stanly looked at me and said “it’s all because you two idiots” then he walked away I was about to walk but Jake called me and said “you didn’t change even a bit Sophie the same anger and emotion will ruin everything you have and the anger was the reason why we are like a cat and mouse now and you are the reason why our teenage was a mess, you are too straight forward and a missile woman, only because of you ------” “STOP”
JAKE POV:
I was telling her how do I feel because of her change but she shouted the word ‘stop’ I can see tears in her eyes which was telling me to get away from her life then Stanly came and hugged her very tightly but she pushed him [not hardly] she faced me and said “you don’t know anything about me you can be my childhood friend but that is in the past you don’t need to advise me I am who I am now get away from my life” then Stanly came to me and said “for god sake will you stop mentioning the past?” he ran behind Sophie was I too harsh? Nah! She is always like that I just shrugged it off and went to my cabin.
