He stood on one of the tallest cliffs on the island, looking out into the ocean, waiting for the transformation that’s cursed him for centuries.
Looking out at the endless sea, he had one thought that would never change with time. He would sacrifice everything he had to escape his suffering, to experience love, and to live a life of normalcy.
But nothing was normal on Pandora.
His body blazed with fire and exploded. The next thing he knew, he was no longer a man.
