Chapter 1

She has been invading my dreams since the moment I saw her. The vivid dreams I keep having about her, how I would pound into her so hard that she wouldn’t even remember her own name because she was mine—only mine. Ariana De Lucia.

Not only was she beautiful, but she was also going to be mine, whether she liked it or not. It was only a matter of a week before she became my reality.

“Dimitri, what makes you think that I would allow you to marry my daughter, and that too within a week?” asked Lucas, his voice steady yet laced with skepticism.

“Mr. De Lucia, we both know that if we make this deal and you allow me to marry your daughter, it would benefit you and your gang greatly,” I replied, keeping my tone confident.

Lucas had many enemies targeting him, and the only way to defeat them was through forming alliances with other gangs. This marriage could be the key to finally getting my princess.

“But what proof would I have that you will not hurt her in any way?” Lucas challenged, his eyes narrowing.

“If I hurt her, you can kill me yourself. I like your daughter, and I will treat her like the queen she is,” I said, masking the truth. He doesn’t need to know that I don’t just like her—I love her. Admitting that could be seen as a weakness.

“Then I guess we have a deal.”

Be ready, princess, because soon you will be my queen. I am coming for you.
