And the future of Moonridge belongs to their daughter. Lyra Stormfall was born with the blood of two powerful lineages flowing through her veins—the strength of an Alpha and the ancient magic of the First Wolves. From the moment she was born, the pack knew she was destined to lead one day. But power always attracts danger. Rylan Nightfang is strong, fearless, and dangerously skilled. But he carries secrets from a past he would rather forget—secrets that could shatter the trust of the very pack he now stands within. And when a ruthless rogue Alpha rises from the shadows seeking the power of the First Wolves, Lyra becomes the target of a deadly hunt. To protect her pack and the legacy her parents fought for, Lyra must embrace the power inside her… even if it awakens something ancient and uncontrollable. Because the blood of Moonridge was never meant to be ordinary. And when the Alpha’s heir rises… The entire wolf world will feel it.

Story intro

Legends are not born.

They are forged.

Long before the wolves of Moonridge became one of the most powerful packs in the world, their strength came from something far older than territory, loyalty, or even the Alpha bloodline.

It came from the First Wolves.

Ancient wolves whose power flowed through the mountains, the forests, and the moon itself. Their blood was said to carry abilities unlike anything the modern packs had ever seen — strength beyond ordinary Alphas, instincts sharper than any hunter, and a bond with the moon that could awaken power buried deep within their souls.

For generations, that power faded into myth.

Until Aria Moonridge was born.

She was the heir of Moonridge.

The daughter of a powerful Alpha and the descendant of the First Wolves themselves. When war threatened her home, she embraced the ancient strength within her and defeated the rogue king who sought to claim her pack.

After that night beneath the full moon, the Moonridge legacy changed forever.

Aria did not become Alpha.

Instead, she stood beside her mate — Kaiden Stormfall, the warrior who became Alpha of Moonridge — and together they built something stronger than either of them could have imagined.

Peace.

For nearly two decades, Moonridge flourished. The surrounding packs respected their leadership, alliances grew stronger, and the valley once again became a place where wolves could live without fear of rogue armies or ambitious tyrants seeking power.

But peace never lasts forever.

Because power always leaves a trail.

And eventually…

Someone always follows it.

Hidden far beyond the Moonridge mountains, whispers began to spread among the rogue wolves and forgotten packs of the wild territories.

Stories of a new bloodline.

A bloodline stronger than the Alpha who defeated the rogue king.

A bloodline that carried both the strength of the Stormfall Alpha line and the ancient magic of the First Wolves.

A child born from two legends.

A child who would one day inherit Moonridge.

Most dismissed the rumors as myths.

But some believed them.

And among those who believed…

One wolf began to prepare.

A rogue Alpha whose hunger for power had turned him into something darker than any ordinary wolf.

A wolf who believed that power did not belong to the strong.

It belonged to the one willing to take it.

And when he heard the rumors of the Alpha’s heir…

He began to hunt.

Because in the peaceful valley of Moonridge, a young wolf was about to discover that her destiny had already been written in the blood of her ancestors.

A destiny that would awaken the power of the First Wolves once again.

A destiny that would decide the future of the Moonridge pack.

And her name was Lyra Stormfall.
