WHO IS THE REAL GHOST

A man named james was driving home at night. The road was quite long and deserted. Suddenly, he saw a man standing in the middle of the road.

The man waved his hand at james, signaling him to stop the car.

James stopped the car and asked, "What's the matter?"

The man replied, "My name is Daniel . Can you give me a lift? I need to go somewhere nearby."

James said, "Get in."

Daniel  sat in the car. For a while, there was only silence between the two of them. Only the sound of the car engine could be heard.

After 5 minutes, danial asked, "Do you believe in ghosts?"

James chuckled softly. "No… but why are you suddenly asking this?"

Danial said in a calm voice, "If you found out that I am a ghost… would you get scared?"

James burst out laughing. "You joke well."

danial said, "I am not joking… I am a ghost."

Still laughing, james said, "Whatever! Come on, leave this ghost talk aside. Tell me about yourself."

Danial said, "I used to live with my wife in a small house."

James immediately noticed, "Used to live? Meaning you don't live there anymore? Did you get a divorce?"

Daniel said softly, "No… then I died. And I became a ghost."

Now James got a little irritated.

"Dude, enough already! How much more ghost talk are you going to do? Talk straight, I am not in the mood for jokes!"

Daniel asked, "Are you feeling scared?"

James said, "No! And how can you be a ghost?"

Daniel said, "I know you are scared."

Then Daniel said, "I was shot… the bullet hit my stomach."

Now Jame's anger increased further.

"Enough, man! If you are really a ghost, then show me by disappearing from here!"

Daniel smiled faintly.

"Ghosts cannot disappear."

James stopped the car.

"That's it, enough is enough. Get out of the car."

James got out and was about to go to the other side of the car to open danials door.

Just then, danial quickly said,

"Hey, hey! Did you take it seriously? I was just joking. I am a YouTuber, I pull pranks on people!"

James remained silent for a few seconds, then said in a calm voice,

"It was a good prank… but you are wrong."

Danial asked in surprise, "What?"

James smiled.

"Ghosts can disappear."

Daniel burst out laughing. "Oh really? How do you know?"

James looked at him.

"Because I am a ghost."

Daniel s laughter stopped.

"Whatever, man… now don't you start. I was just pulling a prank."

James gave a strange laugh.

"But… I am not joking."

The very next moment, James disappeared from right in front of him.

Danial froze in the car seat. There was fear and shock on his face.

He understood that the person he was pranking… wasn't human at all.

And in that moment of absolute terror, Daniel passed away.
