Wake up
I don't know where I am or if I'm okay, all I know is that my name is Lia Russo and I am alive, well I don't even know that, but I'm guessing. I get up and glance around the room, there's something wrong. It feels cold and solitary even though all my friends are here.
My friends! They're asleep in the three beds right next to me. I don't know what happened, I just have to wake them up.
I pull out my IV, pain, and slowly limp over to them. They look so peaceful. First I go over to Gwen, She has shoulder length, dirty blond hair and beautiful hazel eyes. She is definitely the strongest of us, her toned muscles sticking out from under her blue hospital gown. All I have to do is shake her a bit and her eyes slowly open. "Gwen - Gwen are you okay?!" I ask frantically. "What is your name?" She hesitated and slurred back "Gwenyth Amanda Thomas". Good she knows her name.
I pull her up and she rips out her IV without a flinch. Then we make our way to Jason who is still lying on his hospital bed. He doesn't wake as easy though. He's always been a heavy sleeper, so Gwen started tickling him. That sure got him awake! The top half of his body pops to life like an animatronic mouse at "Chuck E Cheese", but he starts screaming, which in turn wakes up Brooke. But Brooke wasn't the only one to wake up.
Something started banging on the locked door to our room.
We can hear the doorknob turning, but not budging. Then whatever it was went away, perhaps looking for a key. But then through the thick, plexiglass window, we can see bright yellow eyes staring at us.
