Really creative!
"I enjoyed this new world the author built off of ours, and it'll be fun to see how they operate in the next book. All the characters were written well, and I particularly liked some of the descriptions using words and phrases not usually seen. I understand English is not the first language of this author, so I'm not bothered by the grammar. Actually, it was very good for the most part. The only thing I will say I noticed is there was an enormous amount of repeat with hair and eye color. I understand it was probably to differentiate the characters without using too many pronouns, but I would suggest cutting down on them just a little bit. Really, this is a fantastic world with lots of conflict and questions to keep us reading to figure out what will happen next, and there's plenty of intrigue with the supernatural element. "

"Wow, just wow! You are writing a truly amazing book. This is the best book I've read on inkitt and definitely in my top 10 favorite books of all time. I can't wait for more chapters to come out! You always leave a perfect cliffhanger at the end of each chapter making me need to read the next one. I loved everything about this book, the intrigue, the romance, and the flow of the story. My only criticism for you is that your tense is off sometimes but it doesn't distract from the story at all. All in all 10 million out of 10. I highly recommend this book! I'm so sorry I didn't read this sooner because it is truly wonderful. Keep up the great writing and please for the love of Pete publish the next chapter!!!!!!! I need, need, NEED to know what happens next!"

"The story is quite impressive. It is original and the author has done an excellent job in explaining each and every detail of the story. I also love the suspense at the end of almost every chapter and this keeps the reader on his/her toes. Keep it up. We might even end up having a blockbuster movie from this story"

I love everything from the characters down to the plot and world-building❤️ the chapters start slowly and short, but I noticed how the author developed quite well after a few chapters and wrote more details. Intriguing Mystery
"I'm halfway through and very intrigued. The author creates their own world yet it's a variation of our world, adding layers to this world with each chapter to avoid bombaring the reader with an information overload. Fantasy mixed with mystery and horror, each chapter ends with a cliffhangerr to keep you reading on. Luna makes for an interesting lead, staying away from being too perfect or beautiful, she's a nice lead with a dark secret. There are a few mysteries going on but the plot implies they are all connected and it only adds to the overall attraction of this story. The characters are well-developed and each brings something new to the story."

"I was not sure what to expect when I first started reading but I went in with an open mind. This, I think, really helped me to accept everything that the plot and storytelling have to offer. There are some portions that felt a bit heavy on information, rather than spreading out the logistics of the world through more "natural" means with each chapter. However, the author does an excellent job of keeping the reader on track. Each chapter seems to reveal new information while alluding to even more. The tense in this story is written in is also very interesting. If you'd love something to poke, prod, and wrap your head around - This book is for you!"

"The mysterious plot twists, cryptic actions and enigmatic characters make you feel dizzy. Every chapter ends with a cliffhanger. Every time you are waiting for answers you just get another riddle. A beautiful imaginary world, nicely written main characters. Dear author, keep going!"

Darkly Fascinating
"What a strange, twisted, fascinating story! So much mystery and intrigue all around. From the beginning, you’re immediately gripped by the mystery of the mirror. Somehow things only seem more tangled up and messy the more you know. I was very engaged at the beginning of the story and then even more engaged as events began taking place. There was a little part a few chapters in that I wished had more action, but things sure got interesting afterwards! There are quite a few little clues popping up in different places about the Island, the characters, and whatever strange phenomena is going on. It’ll be very interesting to see how everything connects and figure out what in the world is going on! "

"This book is full of twists and mysteries, I want to know more about the island and why is it so dark and twisted. The author basically built three different nations, The Vallerians, The Qin Dynasty and The Caeruleams. They are seem all so different from each other, can’t wait to read more of it. My fav character is Will. "

Let’s be Honest, the story wouldn’t even be a story if Luna wasn’t the “weird, unsocial” girl that she is! So the author did AMAZING! I love the plot just as it is, and I barely noticed any grammar issues. The whole point is, I WANT THE NEXT CHAPTER ❤️"

"I must say, the storyline is promising. I like how it has twists and turns and honestly keeps you wondering what's going to happen next. I feel as though the woman in the mirror has some sorta way of controlling people. I also feel as though the father of Will could still be alive since his uncle seems to be alive! The only criticism I have is the dialogue and grammar. There were a few minor grammar issues, but I think the dialogue could be better. Perhaps spacing out who talks. For example, Luna may say something then space it down and start another sentence for when another character is speaking. That way it won't be confusing. Overall, I liked It!"

"What an amazing story! Every chapter is full of surprises. I didn't see any twist coming. The world building is gradual and doesn't overwhelm readers. I had so many questions with every passing page. The spirits, the rituals, the rules of this world are so intresting, and I liked how they were all connected somehow so the concept didn't seem scattered. This is a well crafted story. Highly recommended!"

The plot line keeps you interested from the start, the characters are interesting and I enjoy reading about Luna and how she will deal with the problem of the book and what she will do next. I recommend this book if you enjoy horror or are looking to read something fresh. Can't wait to see what the author has in store"
