Chapter 1 First attempt of the confession

It was one happy fall then there goes two best friends coming ahead.

"Hey.. Kiana" Alex said nervously, "do you want to get some ice cream later?"

Kiana thought for one moment, then Kiana said ," Sure".

Alex had a crush on Kiana for 2 in a half years now, but Kiana seems to not be aware of that.

Then 1 hour later Kiana and Alex went to the ice cream shop.

"Woah!" Kiana said excitedly

"There's a new flavour of ice cream! We have to get the new flavours together!"

Alex then replied happily "Sure it's always a good thing to try something new."

A few minutes later after getting their ice creams Alex and Kiana sat down.

There was complete silence for a little while until Alex made eye contact with Kiana.

They laughed at each other awkwardly, thinking that it was awkward sitting in silence and hearing the munching of their ice cream in their mouths.

Alex then asked "Kiana do you ever think that someone like me would be with you?"

Kiana was silence for a bit, then she spoke up "Alex..I think we would be better off as best friends.. don't you think?"

Alex was embarrassed he thought to himself how stupid that question was. Then he spoke up,

"Oh yeah sorry I didn't mean to ask that I meant like would we be better off as like best best friends.."

After an awkward silence Alex and Kiana were silent.

"Hey Alex I think I got to go.." Kiana said.

"Oh okay then want me to drive you home?" Alex replied.

"No I think I can Uber" Kiana said awkwardly

"Ah okay" Alex said embarrassed.

At the way home Alex was feeling stupid, he thought to himself why he brought that stupid question up. Now Alex feels as if that meant Kiana and him would never have a chance with each other, ever.

Chapter 2 Sandy then the unknown.

By the time Alex got home he felt a kind of numbness and unhappiness coming through him.

Alex didn't feel like texting nor calling Kiana anymore, Alex was numb and depressed.

But then Alex decided to take a turn on things and asked for help or advice for telling a best friend how he likes them (Kiana).

Alex started to text Sandy for some advice, Alex knew he could always count on Sandy for some kind of best friend or dating relationships.

Alex started to type away right when he got to his room.

"Hey Sandy I need help..-From Alex"

"Hey Alex it's been a while whatcha need dude? -Sandy"

"Bestie help, apparently I asked what it would be like if me and Kiana were together...and I think she thinks I like her now..- Alex"

"Oh..wait so first off you like her of course and second of course she would think that. -Sandy"

"Well I need your help what do I do she just said we would be better off as friends? -Alex"

"Hmmm okay then maybe she doesn't like you, plus she just friendzoned you I hope you know that. - Sandy"

"Oh okay then.. nevermind..bye. - Alex"

"Oh alright - Sandy"

"AGH!! She's no help at all...." Alex said furiously.

After a while Alex was trying to sleep until he got a phone call at 12:00 am in the morning.

Alex thought to himself "Who is calling me at this hour?"
