The Club Window
"Ma'am this is fake." The security guard grumbled.
He stared at me, then handed back my fake ID.This was the third night in a row I was denied access into the club. I sighed, frustrated.
"Come on! I'll be 18 in 3 months! Please just let me in!" I pleaded.
However he just chuckled and shook his head. As I walked away, my head hung low, I noticed something. On the side of the building was a window. It looked big enough for me to crawl through it, and it was out of sight from the guard! However there was a problem. I'm only 5', and I couldn't reach the window! As I began to look around for something to help me, I saw it. There was a chair just below the window, it was fate! I stepped onto the chair, and began to climb up to the window. Once I reached the ledge, the chair toppled over! As the chair collided with the ground, there was a loud bang. I froze terrified of being caught. I waited a few minutes, finally deciding that it was safe to continue. I pulled myself inside the window. Just then I realized my mistake. The window I had climbed through led right into the men's bathroom! To make matters worse there was someone in there! I hurriedly tried to climb back out the window.
"Don't run away now sweetheart." A low voice grumbled.
My face turned a bright shade of pink. The man turned around and made eye contact with me, smirking. He strutted over to the window looking up at me slightly. He grabbed me and pulled me down from the window. He was 6'0 tall, and had dark hair and eyes.
"So what's someone like you sneaking into the men's bathroom?" He asked.
When I didn't answer, he smiled.
"I'm Hendrix." He said, smirking slightly.
"I'm Anne." I whispered, my voice caught in my throat.
"Well Anne, why are you climbing into the men's room?" He whispered in my ear.
"They um, wouldn't let me in up front." I muttered.
"So you're underage?" He asked looking me up and down.
"Yes. But only for 3 more months." I hurriedly added the last part.
Hendrix nodded then pulled out a piece paper from his back pocket.
I was going to give this to the dancer outside, but I'm thinking I should give it to you instead." Hendrix told me handing me the paper.
I blushed a deep shade of red. Taking the paper from him, I saw that it had his number. I stuffed it into my pocket then turned my attention back to him. Just then the door flew open.
"Hey Hen......" Said the boy at the door, his voice trailing off as he took in the scene.
My face grew even redder. Hendrix however, just laughed. The boys shocked and embarrassed face, silently disappeared behind the door. Hendrix helped me back out the window and once I got home, I texted him instantly. I can't wait until tomorrow night, which is when we planned to meet in the bathroom again!
