Chapter One; Pilot; Introduction

A middle-aged woman stood on a porch smoking during a work break; she was a nurse with deep blue ocean eyes, long wavy blonde hair, and a vitiligo condition. Her pale skin was lightened in patches by the disorder, giving her a ghostly appearance. Her name was Elizabeth Morgan. Sadly, her second eldest child, Oliver Morgan, had inherited the condition. She had hoped the twenty percent genetic chance of passing it on to her children would not occur, but she was mistaken. Her husband, Scott Morgan, whom she had married, worked at his own popular shop stocked with books, food items, art kits and more. He wore a knitted cap given to him by his wife, atop his short curly dirty-blonde hair. His dark mixed skin tone accentuated his striking bright emerald, green eyes. He wore trousers and a formal shirt. Their three children inherited many of their mother’s genes. Their eldest, Sage Morgan, who was nearly sixteen, looked very similar to her mother; she also had blonde hair, though hers was softer and curlier, and her eyes were a mix of both parents’. She had bright greenish-blue eyes, her style was more creative, and she wore fancy burgundy trousers that matched her white blouse and rainbow bracelet. Their second eldest, Oliver Morgan, who was fourteen, had their mother’s skin condition, his skin tone just like hers. He had light blue eyes with a hint of green around the iris. He had freckles on his face, inherited from his father’s side. He wore a shirt with a jumper over it, the collar sticking out yet matching his style, and his hair was slightly darker than his father’s but wavy. Their youngest child, Evelyn Morgan, who was twelve, did not exactly have her father’s skin tone but it was similar, with an olive complexion and sun-kissed cheeks that made her smile look lively and sweet. She had pastel blonde hair that made her emerald eyes, with a hint of blue, shine. She wore a black skirt that almost reached her knees, which she adored, and favoured an old-school style with a blouse, having a somewhat similar clothing style to her older sister. The family of four were the Morgans, who lived a fairly comfortable life in Chester, UK, and from their father’s side, they were somewhat Irish. They were living in a fairly decent manner.
