COULDN"T BE BETTER
"Hell, if u are interested in plot twists and drama you came to the right place. I swear this book has me on the edge of my bed. In some chapters, you just wanna slam your laptop shut and if u are like me then you slam the laptop shut and scream into the nearest pillow. Just a tip *ANTHONY CAN BE A DICK* But after a while, u get to understand why he is the way he is. It isn't because he wants to be like that- well sometimes yes but most of the time no. lol. OH, AND the romance, drama, thriller, adventure, a mental breakdown will get u screaming. If you enjoy a good story this is the right story for you. I love the way the writer writes and the way u can feel the characters. I can definitely see this happening in real life."

"The scam on the flat is a good plot device - the character's are e put in an interesting situation. Like the introduction of David as a character - adds a complication. It'll be interesting to see where the plot goes from here! Overall I really like the story so far. You said you were new to writing and would welcome suggestions so here are my thoughts - Proof reading - really really important. I know it's hard to spot one's own mistakes but reducing the number of errors is important.. I check sentences as I go, then I read the chapter through before I put it up then I read it again once it is posted - it is amazing how many punctuation and spelling errors I find even on the third check. As a writer you want to pull the reader into your story - as a reader the enjoyment comes from that immersion - you believe in the characters and you care about them and want to know where their story is going. If there are too many errors it jars this immersion. In Chapter 1 in the paragraph following ':Megan's Point of View ' heading I came across 'staff' should be 'stuff', 'pilling' for piling,, 'my' for me and a missing capital on Uncle. You get better and there are fewer as the story progresses. The first few paragraphs are important in setting the scene and you do this well except unless the removers are going to feature as characters later in the story I think you have been too detailed in describing the actual moving in - I was expecting something to go wrong - a missing box - suspicious behaviour from one of the removers so it distracted me from what was the real hook - the presence of someone else and the scam. You could shorten the interaction with the removers in favour of expanding the point where Megan bumps into the person who shouldn't be there. I think it's very promising and I hope my comments are helpful."
I can see the romance starting...
"Overall itโs a pretty interesting read. Iโve never been one for the romance genre or the teenage girl as the main character kind of books, but this plays well. Iโm a fan of books that switch POV between characters as I think it can add a really good element to a story and offer depth about characters. This story does that decently well, although I wish the characters had a little more depth to them. Right now, I would say just keep adding. The more you add, the more this story starts to come along and a plot will take form. Looking forward to the additions. As for the grammar/punctuation, it just needs a little editing love. A once-over and this can be a 5* book. You got this!!!"

"Your story is good. I like the way you write. But it would be nice to read if you don't switch POV's often. Try to go with the flow and if needed you can switch Pov's. There are some grammatical errors but they can be sorted out once you proofread. Keep up the good work and enjoy writing.๐"

"The idea you got is really good but I don't know why but I feel like I have read this somewhere but maybe it is just my imagination. After all, reading a lot of books tends to mess your mind sometimes. Anyway I spotted a few errors in your writing but that can be fixed with a nice editing overall a really nice book. Keep writing.
