A furnished room is available in a quiet residence on the upper floor of a family-owned Victorian manor.The property sits at the edge of the village, surrounded by enclosed gardens and old maple trees.
The tenant will have access to a private bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a view overlooking the gardens.
The house also contains an antiquarian bookshop on the ground floor. Limited access may be granted depending on opening hours and at the owner’s discretion. Please treat this space as sacred: it is not to be wandered through aimlessly, touched unnecessarily, or disturbed.
Ideal for someone discreet, quiet, and respectful.If you enjoy parties, communal barbecues, or guitars played beside a fire… this accommodation is not for you.

Mail must be placed directly into the letterbox without exception.
Incense, scented candles, and essential oil diffusers are strictly prohibited.
The room must remain impeccably clean at all times.Inspections may occur.
The garden is meant to be admired, not trampled.
