Summary

When a young troubled college student falls in love with her equally troubled mathematics professor things get spicy. She was the first of her family to graduate high school and go on to college. She also hold some trauma from her past though she is gifted in what she does, which is math. But will it be enough for her to cope with the trauma! He is a Russian-Canadian professor in advanced calculus and physics. Though has his fair share of trauma too! Who once before fell in love but lost his lover. Though he wants to love again. But will his heart and she allow it to happen again for him. But will fate add up in their favour?

Character profiles

Anya Mendeleev, is a Canadian born college student, the first in her family. She is 22 years old and very beautiful. She is very intelligent and brilliant in math and physics, though she also is a writer. Anya was also the victim of bullying and also abuse. Though she would rather forget this part of her life. She had C-PTSD from most of her childhood save for a few good things that happened in life but they are few and far between. Her father was verbally abused by her mother and she wants to break the cycle.

Dimitri Mahmoudov, is a 40 year old Dagestani (this place actually exists in Russia, Dagestan) professor who also holds his fare share of trauma in life. That being said being born in a war zone would be being physically abused will not make life any easier. Though he is gentle soul he still is plagued with nightmares. He is a brilliant mathematician and physics professor.
