*Damian, the story writer*

_by k a i s e r_

When I was getting ready for a meeting, a crowd gathered at my big door speaking, "Sir, we want your interview, the great."

I quickly went to the garden and told the guards to open the gate. I understood that they were press and media. When the door was opened the media came rushing like there was gold.

Press & Media: Sir, Sir, Sir, Sir, Sir

Me: What?

Press & Media: Sir, we want your interview.

Me: No, not now, I have to go for a meeting.

Press & Media: Please sir.

Me: No means No!

Press & Media: Please sir

Me: I think you guys won't listen, so what should I tell?

Press & Media: Sir, your story

Me: OK then listen to this story

Once upon a time, there was a young, little and poor boy who lived in Washington D.C., USA. From the start he loved writing stories. In school he showed his many stories to his teacher. And that boy is me.

All of my shock started from a writing competition in Class 5.

Our class vice captain: "So students, there will be held a story writing competition and the first prize is a cheque of $1000. Now those who want to participate please raise your hand."

I needed the money for my mother's illness, so I desperately raised my hand with other 5 students. Then our vice captain noted names.

In the tournament I sat with other five thousand. I wrote there my first book "The Rise of the Iron Cross".

I was very curious when the prizes were being distributed. But at last the anchor said, "And the first award goes... Mister Damian."

And I felt a wave of joy holding the cheque of 1000$.

I treated my mother with that money. And I kept doing that until 8, when the tournament stopped for some reason and I couldn't get the money and my father didn't have that money. So my only supporter got a place in the peaceful heaven.

In Class 9, father was my only hope. He wanted me to become an engineer. So he forced me to join a class and transferred me into New York without caring for me.

As I stepped into the land of New York, I was amazed by the tall towers.

Then I joined my classes. While in my classes I met Ana. Her hair was shining as gold and face was as sweet as rose. I was mesmerised by her and asked for her number. She hesitantly gave me. While I memorised her beauty, the Engineer exam came and I failed very badly as I have not studied.

I felt like a duffer for the first time but still invited Ana to have a coffee with me in a cafe and surprisingly she accepted.

So on the selected date I sat at the table sipping coffee with Ana. We talked a lot and after a certain while I gathered all of my courage and told -

Me: Will you... marry me?

Ana: Silly boy, I am already engaged.

This felt like a thunder struck my head. After the meet I cried a lot. Then a random person at a tea stall said, "I believe we should do what we think we are best at." This sentence motivated me very much. I decided to continue with writing.

So working in an uncomfortable room the whole night, I kept writing my story "Adventures of Henry". On the next day I submitted it to the story department. Then I took a quick nap.

Next day when I went to the story department they said, "We have... your story... struck by thunder... rejected."

I was going home with that feeling, then I saw Henry the politician going on a jeep, waving his hand to everyone. I quickly went home, took all of my money and took a busy bus crowded with people.

Then I reached Henry's house. When I was about to enter, the guards stopped me.

Guard: Hey you can't enter Henry the politician.

Then from the window of the house Henry saw me. Then he came down and asked.

Henry: What had happened? What does this man want?

Me: Sir please listen to my story.

And I handed him my story and he was looking very interested while reading it.

Henry: OK, what now?

Me: Sir can you publish my story? pls

Henry: ... OK

Then I went home happily. On next day I saw my book on the poster. I again felt a wave of joy.

Then a random millionaire gave me a luxurious car and house.

And today I am in front of all of you.

Present

Press & Media: Wow sir.

Me: OK, I have to go for a meeting, so this is the end.

Then I took my car and went.

*THE END*
