Awesome Thriller so far!

"As the plot goes farther, you can understand it more at the beginning. And now after a couple chapters, I already know the characters very well. There is a lot of details in your writing, speaking of which, this book will be a good example for an imagery lesson at school. Keep it up! Cant wait for the next chapter!"

Until Kingdom Come

"This story immediately captivated me when the gods were drafted as real, believable, modern characters. I truly enjoyed the dialogue complete with self-reflections of the central character. The complexity of the plot was well handled and cleverly resolved.. I also enjoyed the writer's juggling of the several plots moving in parallel. There is a lot of depth in this story and the exploration of feelings works to add seriousness. Lastly, I felt the descriptive passages were well-executed. and added valuable texture."

A Great Story Overall

"I am a very picky person when it comes to books. I enjoy this story because it is unique, authentic, is portrayed well by the author, and it something you don't normally see in stories today, Greek Mythology. Mythology is a hard concept to work with because depending on your writing style, you may want to work with or a more factual base. I enjoy that it isn't just mythology and that it has its own twist. I appreciate that the author has good grammar and punctuation because if an author writes one thing just the slightest bit different than how they wanted, it can change the perspective completely and I personally enjoy the current perspective. I am excited and looking forward to when the rest of the book is released.."

Brillant Storytelling!!

"I absolutely loved this book because: - The build-up is easy and steady allowing the reader to understand the protagonist and fall in love with her before the plot comes into play, amazing job! - Perfect descriptions on showcasing her emotions, her thoughts and her day-to-day life, It was spot on, very well executed. - As a person who does not know Greek history, I absolutely loved the way you spoke about this historical fiction that allowed me to be introduced and understand on a more detailed level of the fates, the gods, and so on. One overall comment: - It would help to include some detailing of the classroom that she sits in, or the way she behaves when she is in a conversation that she does not want to be in. It allows us to be more engrossed in her emotional state and the essence of the surroundings, bringing us into the world of Morgana. ally want your characters to swear."

A new spin on a very different tale!

"Greek Gods are often associated with the likes of Percy Jackson and even The Mortal Instruments. They are an incredibly challenging genre and I am pleased to say that from the few chapters the author has written, she has done them justice! The plot is captivating and despite the lead, Morgana, hailing from legacy, she is increasingly remarkable, relatable and raw. Her struggles stem from both real-life aspects, with just enough spin on the fantasy to make this story completely alone in this genre. I am very excited to continue reading and applaud the author on the incredible work I have read so far!"

Very Refreshing Tale of Greek Gods and Goddesses

"*There are soft spoilers for Chapters 1-6* "Until Kingdom Come" is a wonderful story with an interesting and NEW plot for books based on Greek Gods and Goddesses! It's unlike I have ever seen before, and is very captivating - I personally don't think that gives this story justice! Morgana Sallow is an intelligent, different, interesting, and extremely relatable character in every way possible. Her intelligence isn't overbearing, but honest instead. The school feels very realistic. The peers and teachers make me feel like I'm right in school again, and I truly felt bad for Morgana until a little later into the story when there is a wonderful twist that the professors are all gods and goddesses themselves! The relationship between the mother and Morgana feels extremely realistic. When Morgana finally arrives at House of Desdemona, it feels too good to be true, and Morgana takes note of that near the end of Chapter 6. If the character feels what the reader feels, that's a wonderful connection in my book. You executed a lot of these ideas extremely well. A very interesting read and I cannot wait to read more of this book!"

I enjoyed the story. Thanks for sharing.

"I got right into your story. It held tight. Some questions or maybe thoughts. vampires drinking 13 times a year, etc might want more detail or not. The way of handling gods is interesting concept. A suggestion run each of the chapters 500 words through this process 1. https://prowritingaid.com/ Words along with ideas flow your story flows. The question of the flow is thoughts. Meaning? You are writing like you talk and it makes for a great read. However, check yourself and see if what you are saying might change or be viewed differently with either a grammar change or reworded. MEANING? The story stands tight by itself however your thoughts might be expanded or changed with a different point of view. Then Hemingway Editor use this and correct each sentence structure and or make your ideas more vivid by breaking them down and detailing what you feel needs more explaination. Meaning? Hades knowing vampires feeding habits sure. Why 13 times not 12 times? The vampires I recall seemed rather lonely and maybe they just ate out alot more for the pleasure of company? I don't know these days.. It is a great story. It read well. Maybe the detail or changes I think are just part of my imagination."

A Really Entertaining Read!

"I had a great time reading this novel- it feels really fluid with the character interactions and I could exactly visualize what you were talking about. I am also a Percy Jackson fan, so the characters definitely felt true to their myths. The only thing I would recommend is maybe making your sentences shorter in some places but otherwise I look forward to the next installment!"

Excellent defamiliarization

"I'm not sure what the stakes are yet. That's one issue here. I get that the protagonist might die at some point, but I need more than that. I need to know what the specific danger is. Is it that she might become too self-absorbed like Hyacinthus? Is it that Apollo might kill her? Basically, something threatening or tension raising needs to happen in the first chapter or so. Aside from that, I'm in on the plot because the author has done a nice job defamiliarizing a high school. Everything is slightly strange. This story runs the risk of being a Harry Potter or Percy Jackson knock-off, but it avoids that by resisting many of the tropes present in those stories. It also resists traditional contemporary high school tropes. Everything is just strange enough to make the story interesting. Kudos for that! Can't wait to read more and unravel the mystery."

A Literary Gem!

"I don't often read drama books, but this story intrigued me. The refreshing dialogue is something unprecedented in modern-day literature; it's fast-paced and descriptive. A great combination! Although the plot does unfold rather quickly and the character development progresses along with it, I still found it easy to follow and was hooked from the opening page. The grammar is pretty good, with only a few typos, choppy sentences, and misused terms. Overall, a very good read and recommended to Romantasy readers! (Edited)"

Interesting Combination of Ideas

"While reading your story, I could feel the refreshing combination of different ideas into one. I never expected that such a combination might be successful, but you made it work so well! The details are sometimes boring but they work well to weave an artistic view of the scene which is rather amazing. I do have concerns about how fast she (the main character) accepted the whole situation with no complaints, it is unusual, but maybe it's part of the originality in the style that you have. I will continue reading this book because I like where the story is headed. However, this is a personal plea as a reader, don't make the progression of events too obvious. Maybe spice it a little bit with unexpected events. (this is just me loving mysteries more than food) I love Greek Gods and this is one of the stories that put down their worth a bit (Zeus as a weatherman for example), but if it doesn't affect the events too much I guess it's fine. Your style is amazing, nonetheless, and you use beautiful analogies and metaphors, and you use strong vocabularies, so I may not be surprised if you're majoring in English yourself! Keep up the great work, and I will be a loyal reader for this book until it ends! Best Regards, Lamis"
